Welcome to the Kodály Society of Ireland website.
The Kodály Society of Ireland is an organisation of music
educators devoted to promoting the highest standards in music
education, based on the philosophy of Zoltan Kodály.
The Society is open to all individuals and groups interested in
Kodály-inspired music education. The Kodály movement in
Ireland has it's roots in the 1970s. The KSI was formed in October 1993
and became affiliated to the International Kodály Society
in March 1994.
